The Direction Matrix now covers five areas: cultural and creative content with IP derivatives, cross-border e-commerce, AIGC short comic drama global expansion, AI short video and live streaming, and AI digital employees with operational outsourcing services.

Each direction includes market opportunity insights, AI workflows, monetization paths, and target audience profiles to help learners evaluate their fit before enrolling.

02Course and Coaching Adjustments

Registration is now open for the new cohort's mentorship program. During the program, you'll participate in hands-on projects and resource networking sessions.
