Empower individuals, serve enterprises, connect industries
We began with an in-person workshop and gradually built a comprehensive curriculum covering AIGC, FDE, and OPC operations, extending our services to startup incubation and regional industry collaboration.
One person can be a company.
AI tools compress work that once required a team into tasks one person can handle. Content creation, cross-border operations, customer service, and data analysis are now truly feasible for solo execution.
But the tool itself doesn't generate business. From our experience, most people get stuck on three things: not knowing which direction to take, lacking a repeatable process, and having no one to discuss problems with.
We've designed our service in three layers: training to address capability gaps, operational support to streamline processes, and incubation with resource matching to enable implementation. Each layer can be used independently or combined into a complete journey.

Offline Workshops and Coaching Camps
Small class sizes with hands-on practice; each session includes a tangible takeaway.
Three Uncompromising Principles
Learn it, use it.
Each course is outcome-focused, equipped with templates, checklists, and assignment feedback—no concept overload.
Document the process
We believe reusable processes are more valuable than isolated tactics. By the end of our partnership, you'll have your own documentation set.
Returns not guaranteed
All case studies are marked as individual results. We provide methods, training, and resource connections; outcomes depend on your commitment.
From Workshops to Regional Ecosystems
Every step is driven by real needs: learners need actionable results, businesses need efficiency, and regions need capability.
- Getting Started
Start with an in-person workshop
Using cultural and creative content production as a starting point, we provide hands-on AI tool training for the first cohort of individual creators to validate our "learn it and use it immediately" course design approach.
- systematic
Establish a dual curriculum system for AIGC and OPC operations.
Integrate fragmented tool courses into two core pillars: a content production line and a one-person business operations system, establishing reusable template libraries and assignment review mechanisms.
- Engineering
Launch FDE Frontier Deployment Engineer Track
For service providers and enterprise teams: Enhance model integration, Agent orchestration, and on-site delivery to monetize AI capabilities.
- Going Global
Expand cross-border e-commerce and short comic drama global expansion
Leveraging expertise in content distribution and cross-border fulfillment, we provide students with hands-on project experience and channel connections for international expansion.
- ecosystem
Promote collaboration between industrial clusters and chain leaders
From serving individual entrepreneurs to building regional capabilities, we provide tiered training, pilot coaching, and case study development for industrial parks and industry clusters.
Who will guide you through this?
