01Three Reasons Why Prompts Fail
First, context matters. The same prompt can perform very differently across models and versions; copying and pasting often won't yield the original results.
Second, missing parameter logging. Recording only text without parameters is like saving a recipe but omitting the cooking temperature.
Third, there are no iteration records. You won't know why a specific version performed well, making it impossible to replicate the success in future iterations.
02Three-tier structure of the asset library
A long-term asset library with at least three layers of information.
- Use Case: Organized by business scenario, such as product main images, social media graphics, storyboards, and cover art.
- Parameter Layer: Stores model name, dimensions, style reference, key parameters, and negative prompts.
- Result Layer: Stores generated outputs and evaluations, tagging them as usable, requires editing, or unusable.
03Turn your asset library into a production line
Once your asset library reaches a certain scale, you'll find that true time savings come not from individual prompts, but from fixed combinations of "Scenario → Template → Parameters."
Suggested weekly cleanup: Promote stable, frequently used combinations to templates; retire combinations that have been unstable for three consecutive attempts.
