What problem does this course solve?
The FDE Hands-On Training Program is organized via seed team recruitment. Starting from real business challenges, participants complete a deliverable cycle in six weeks. The curriculum combines project delivery, case studies, and client communication to cover five phases: FDE scope and project onboarding, requirement analysis and solution design, RAG delivery and validation, agent collaboration and continuous delivery, and asset consolidation with post-presentation review. Upon completion of training and assessment, top performers are matched to projects or offered trial roles.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion, you will receive
Define FDE role boundaries and execute a standardized project onboarding.
Separate Output: Requirement Breakdown Document and Explainable Solution Design
Build a RAG system and validate its performance using test sets and metrics.
Orchestrate agent workflows and establish monitoring and iteration mechanisms
Consolidate FDE portfolio, test evidence, and project handover documentation.
Complete the trial lecture and review, then proceed to project matching or on-the-job assessment.
